Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Welcomes Margaret Grimm to its Litigation and Employment Law Practice

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 5, 2025. Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Margaret (Maggie) Grimm has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups in the Pittsburgh office.

A persuasive litigator, Maggie brings a unique blend of courtroom experience and negotiation acumen to her work. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, she focuses her practice on civil litigation and employment law, representing businesses and institutions in a wide range of legal matters.

Before joining Tucker Arensberg, Maggie defended clients before state agencies and gained extensive experience with complex legal research, motion practice, and discovery. She began her legal career as a litigation clerk and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Rights Unit, where she developed a keen interest in civil rights enforcement.

Maggie’s greatest strength is her legal writing skills and her ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice. Her accolades include being named a 2024 Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 Honoree and Best Oral Advocate at Suffolk University Law School, where she served as a Note Editor on the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy.

Maggie will be based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where she looks forward to continuing her work helping clients navigate challenging legal situations with clarity and confidence.
