Justin Harkins Joins Tucker Arensberg as Commercial Litigation Shareholder

PITTSBURGH, PA, August 13, 2025. Tucker Arensberg, P.C., is pleased to announce the addition of John W. (Justin) Harkins IV as a shareholder in its Commercial Litigation practice group.

Justin brings over a decade of experience resolving complex commercial, employment, and natural resource disputes in state and federal courts. His versatile litigation practice includes commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Known for his tailored approach, Justin adapts his strategy to meet client needs, whether through assertive advocacy or strategic problem-solving.

Throughout his career, Justin has represented businesses and employers in a wide range of disputes, including tort claims and insurance matters. He frequently defends employers against claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation, while advising on compliance, investigations, and risk management.

Before joining Tucker Arensberg, Justin practiced with a regional law firm in the Mountain West and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Timothy J. Cavan at the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. His clients appreciate his transparent counsel and commitment to aligning legal strategies with their business goals.

Justin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law, advanced degrees from Vanderbilt University and the University of Montana, and a bachelor’s degree from Emory University.
