Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Former Deputy District Attorney Colin F. Zwally to Harrisburg Office

PITTSBURGH, PA, September 25, 2025. Tucker Arensberg, P.C., a full-service law firm with offices across Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that Colin F. Zwally has joined the firm’s Harrisburg office. Zwally focuses his practice on criminal defense, representing clients in both state and federal matters, including white-collar cases, pre-indictment representation, and appeals.

For the past five years, Colin served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office. As Deputy District Attorney, he tried approximately 15 jury cases ranging from criminal homicide to felony drug and firearm offenses, trademark counterfeiting, and domestic violence-related matters. He also prosecuted juvenile cases and oversaw both the Dauphin County Gang Task Force and Drug Task Force. In addition, he played a key role in creating the County’s Violent Crime Unit and was recognized with the 2025 LeRoy S. Zimmerman Award for Outstanding Service as a Prosecutor.

Zwally’s litigation experience spans every stage of the process—from research and drafting to negotiation, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Known for his ability to identify both obvious and hidden legal issues, he brings both skill and compassion to his representation.

Zwally earned his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law Boston, where he ranked in the top 18% of his class and served as Executive Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science with a Business minor from Gettysburg College.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is active in the Harrisburg community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Harrisburg and as Parliamentarian on the Executive Board of the East Coast Gang Investigators Association.
