Honorable (Ret.) Judith Fitzgerald Appointed to American College of Bankruptcy DEI Committee and Circuit Admissions Council

Tucker Arensberg is proud to announce that Judge (Ret.) Judith Fitzgerald has been appointed to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee of the American College of Bankruptcy.

In addition, Judge Fitzgerald will serve as the Third Circuit representative on the Circuit Admissions Council (CAC), further recognizing her leadership and longstanding contributions to the bankruptcy and restructuring community.
