Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Madelyn Snyder to Litigation Practice

PITTSBURGH, PA, April 29, 2026. Tucker Arensberg, P.C., a full-service law firm with offices across Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that Madelyn Snyder has joined the firm as an associate in its Commercial Litigation Department, where she will focus her practice on white-collar criminal defense and federal litigation.

Madelyn brings a strong foundation in federal court practice and a deep commitment to client-centered advocacy. She most recently served as a Term Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan E. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where she managed a diverse federal caseload and drafted opinions and recommendations across a wide range of complex matters, including civil rights, employment discrimination, and habeas corpus cases.

Madelyn is known for her ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, persuasive arguments and for her strategic approach to litigation. She is particularly skilled at anticipating opposing arguments and positioning her clients for success both in and out of the courtroom.

Throughout her career, Madelyn has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and advocacy. She gained hands-on litigation experience as a certified legal intern in the Dickinson Law Children’s Advocacy Clinic, representing child clients in dependency proceedings. She also worked with the Office of the Federal Public Defender and the Community Justice Project, contributing to both trial and appellate matters, as well as broader impact litigation efforts.

Madelyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where she received numerous honors, including the Robert J. and Mary Ellen Landy Award for excellence in ethics and professional responsibility. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Eastern University.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Madelyn is based in the firm’s Harrisburg office.
