Allyson’s entrepreneurial and client-first approach stems from her upbringing in a small family-owned business, shaping her commitment to practical solutions and strategic advocacy. She advises municipalities, public entities, and officials on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to the Sunshine Act, Ethics Act, and Election Code to promote government transparency. In addition, she serves as the Solicitor for the Somerset Housing Authority.

As a skilled litigator, Allyson has successfully defended clients in complex disputes, including business litigation, defamation defense, and discrimination claims before HUD. Her courtroom experience includes arguing motions to dismiss and handling high-stakes cases involving family businesses and corporate entities.

Allyson’s background includes serving with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, conducting legal research for the Pennsylvania Senate, and advising legislative leaders and committee chairs in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Her deep understanding of government operations, policy, and legal compliance makes her a trusted resource for clients navigating regulatory and litigation challenges.
