Maribeth Thomas Appointed Vice Chair of ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee’s Healthcare & Nonprofits Subcommittee

This prestigious appointment recognizes Maribeth’s deep expertise in Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors’ Rights, particularly her proficiency in navigating the complex intersection of bankruptcy law with state law within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

Maribeth brings significant experience to this role. Her work also includes representing clients in Chapter 11 proceedings involving healthcare providers and facilities.
