Aggressive yet thorough litigator who places the highest priority on client advocacy by building trusting client relationships and instilling confidence through open and consistent communication.

Christopher J. Parker, Jr. is a distinguished litigator known for his aggressive yet thorough approach to complex business litigation. He prioritizes client advocacy by building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication. Christopher's practice focuses on employee benefits and ERISA litigation, primarily representing joint union-management employee benefit trust clients in Federal Courts  to collect withdrawal liability and delinquent employer contributions.  In addition to his litigation practice, Christopher works with multiemployer pension and welfare plans to develop programs, materials and policies to improve employer compliance with trust fund obligations, reduce delinquencies and support positive relationships between unions and trust funds.

Outside of his ERISA work, Christopher has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of legal challenges, including representing disabled veterans against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and handling commercial litigation for clients in both federal and state courts. His areas of expertise also cover complex statutory and regulatory provisions, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties, among other commercial and tort claims.

Christopher has a notable record of obtaining favorable decisions in high-stakes cases, demonstrating his proficiency in both state and federal appellate courts, including appearances before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and Pennsylvania Supreme Court. His legal acumen is further underscored by his superior writing skills and outstanding oral advocacy, which are instrumental in his ability to secure positive outcomes for his clients.

Christopher's recent legal victories include a groundbreaking case where he successfully argued for the application of Rule 26 to informal filings, creating new legal precedent and securing significant attorney’s fees for his client. This ruling, coupled with a subsequent motion for sanctions that led to a stipulation to liability, highlights his ability to leverage legal strategies effectively, setting new standards within the legal community, and providing his clients with innovative solutions.
