Hunter Greenberg is an Associate in Tucker Arensberg’s Litigation and School & Municipal Law practice groups. She focuses her practice on commercial and general civil litigation, and advises municipal and school clients on governance, policy, and constitutional matters. Hunter is committed to helping clients solve complex problems through thorough research, practical legal strategy, and vigorous advocacy.
Hunter is motivated by a deep interest in how the law shapes rights, relationships, and decision-making. She enjoys the intellectual challenge of synthesizing legal principles and applying them to real-world disputes, and she values being a reliable problem-solver for clients and colleagues. Her background in litigation, constitutional law, and copyright law allows her to approach matters with both analytical rigor and creativity.
During law school, Hunter served on the Moot Court Board and was an editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal, wherein she published a Note examining how copyright law intersects with constitutional protections under the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause. She also held leadership roles in the Consumer Law Association and Art Law & Entertainment Society. Her internship experience includes the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, where she strengthened her skillset in research, writing, and courtroom capabilities.
Hunter graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University and earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School with Honors.
A Pittsburgh native, Hunter is also a singer-songwriter and enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, and spending time outdoors.
