Margaret Grimm is a passionate and results-driven attorney who focuses her practice on civil litigation and employment law matters. Licensed in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, she brings a strong blend of courtroom experience and strategic negotiation skills to every case she handles. Whether she’s resolving cases or representing clients in court, Margaret is known for her ability to manage with firmness.
Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, she defended clients before state agencies and gained extensive experience in complex legal research, motion practice, and discovery. Margaret began her legal career as a clerk focused on litigation and trial work, and also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Rights Unit, gaining early insight into civil rights enforcement.
Margaret’s clients benefit from her meticulous approach to legal writing, her ability to explain complicated legal concepts clearly, and her dedication to achieving practical outcomes. She finds great fulfillment in helping clients work toward a resolution—whether that means negotiating an agreement or advocating fiercely in court.
She is a proud recipient of the 2024 Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 Honoree and was also recognized as Best Oral Advocate at Suffolk University Law School, where she earned her J.D. and served on the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy as a Note Editor.
Prior to moving to Pittsburgh, Margaret served on the Civic and Community Engagement Committee for Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP), volunteered with WE CAN (Women’s Equity Center and Action Network) to provide legal guidance to women in crisis, and coached the Nauset Regional High School Mock Trial Team—where she helped lead the team to the Elite Eight in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Mock Trial competition.
The same attributes that have anchored over a century of success are still our guiding principles today.
