Nicole Marzzacco focuses her practice on family law and estate planning, guiding clients through some of life’s most personal and challenging transitions. Whether helping a parent navigate custody arrangements, assisting with an adoption, preparing an estate plan to ensure peace of mind, or handling legal name changes, Nicole approaches each matter with empathy, transparency, and a commitment to being in her clients’ corner.
Her work often bridges family law and estate planning—helping clients move forward after divorce or custody disputes while also updating wills and trusts so they can feel secure about their future. Nicole believes this holistic approach builds lasting trust and allows her to be a resource for clients throughout many stages of life.
Nicole’s background reflects her dedication to advocacy and service. While at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers, served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honors Society and Secretary of the Trial Advocacy Honors Society, and competed in national moot court and mock trial competitions. She also served as a Family Law Teaching Assistant and received the school’s Outstanding Service to the School Award.
In addition to her practice, Nicole is active in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors of Leg Up Farm and Able Services, nonprofits that provide opportunities for children and adults with special needs. She also volunteers with the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes program, drafting free estate planning documents for veterans and first responders, and helped organize the first Name Change Clinic at Widener Commonwealth.
Clients value Nicole for her empathy, honesty, and collaborative approach. By working closely with colleagues across practice areas, she ensures her clients benefit from diverse perspectives and creative solutions.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys cooking, running, and reading.
