Ron Lefebvre has nearly a decade of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and public entities in a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. His practice is grounded in a strong command of complex commercial frameworks and a practical approach to helping clients navigate legal risk in highly regulated environments.
Ron also has experience representing public municipal clients, including zoning hearing boards and a major municipal water and sewer authority in the Pittsburgh region. In this role, he has advised public entities on legal issues arising from day-to-day operations, compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks, interpretation and application of local ordinances, and litigation matters before state courts. This experience gives Ron a practical understanding of the legal, procedural, and public-accountability considerations unique to municipal and authority clients.
Ron focuses his practice on commercial contracting, including the drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of sophisticated agreements such as software licensing and SaaS contracts, professional consulting and services agreements, website terms of service, and merger and acquisition documents. He regularly assists Fortune 500 healthcare companies and large financial institutions with complex commercial transactions that require careful coordination across regulatory, operational, and business considerations.
In addition to his transactional work, Ron advises clients on regulatory compliance and employment-related matters, particularly within the healthcare, banking, and employment law arenas. He frequently reviews and analyzes intricate regulatory schemes and assists in the preparation of formal legal opinions addressing compliance obligations and risk exposure.
Ron also maintains an active litigation practice, representing businesses and other organizations in complex commercial disputes in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He has played an integral role in matters that proceeded through trial and appeal, including disputes reviewed by the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where he contributed substantially to legal research, analysis, and appellate briefing. He also provided key research and drafting support in a landmark oil and gas case decided by the Ohio Supreme Court that established a new legal standard in that area of law.
Ron began his legal career with Yukevich, Marchetti, Fischer & Zangrilli, P.C. as a law clerk during law school and after his admission to practice, developing a broad-based practice that blends technical legal skill with practical, client-focused solutions. Following the firm’s transition to Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in January 2026, Ron continues his practice as part of a full-service platform, offering clients expanded resources while maintaining the same hands-on, business-oriented approach.
The same attributes that have anchored over a century of success are still our guiding principles today.
