Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Associate Ryan Jaffe

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 22, 2026. Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Ryan Jaffe has joined the firm as an Associate in its Business & Finance Department, where he will focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions, taxation, estates and trusts, and other business matters.

Ryan advises businesses and individuals on a broad range of transactional and planning matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and transaction structuring. He brings a strong background in tax law and transaction advisory services, helping clients navigate business transactions and identify practical solutions to achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Ryan worked as an M&A Tax Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he advised Fortune 500 companies on acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions across a variety of industries. His experience includes conducting tax due diligence, drafting legal opinions on tax matters, and preparing analyses to help clients evaluate transaction-related tax considerations.

Ryan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he completed a Tax Concentration and served as an Associate Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. During law school, he also worked as a Research Assistant for the Pittsburgh Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and Professor Anthony C. Infanti. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
