Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Edward Kelly as Senior Counsel Attorney

PITTSBURGH, PA, August 11, 2026. Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Edward Kelly has joined the firm as a Senior Counsel attorney in its Litigation Department, where he will focus his practice on commercial disputes, employment matters, landlord-tenant litigation, and breach of contract actions.

Edward takes a practical, business-minded approach to litigation, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategies tailored to their unique challenges. Known for his thoughtful, even-keeled demeanor, he remains focused on delivering practical solutions that help clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Edward represented physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in high-exposure medical malpractice litigation in both state and federal court. His experience also includes asbestos litigation, shareholder disputes, commercial defamation matters, collections, and landlord-tenant litigation.

Edward earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for International Energy Transactions and was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Communication Arts, from Allegheny College.

Edward is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
