He is known for being solution-oriented, accessible, and detail-driven, balancing aggressive advocacy with professionalism and collaboration. Jordan enjoys working closely with clients to resolve issues efficiently and proactively whenever possible.
Before joining Tucker Arensberg, Jordan practiced for more than 16 years with a regional defense litigation firm where he managed complex litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and resolution. His experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting discovery and depositions, managing settlement negotiations, and representing clients in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia.
Jordan has been recognized for his professional accomplishments and leadership within the legal community. He was appointed by former Governor Jim Justice to serve on the West Virginia Ethics Commission and remains actively involved in numerous professional and community organizations throughout the state.
Jordan resides in Charleston’s East End Historic District with his wife and two daughters. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys golfing, gardening, cooking, supporting WVU athletics, and spending time with his family’s three cats and three-legged rescue dog.
