

Pittsburgh, PA, May 18, 2026 –Tucker Arensberg, P.C., a full-service law firm with offices across Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce a significant expansion of its Charleston, West Virginia office with the addition of 13 experienced litigation attorneys and six staff members. This strategic growth strengthens the firm’s presence in West Virginia and significantly enhances its litigation capabilities across a wide range of practice areas.
The expansion brings a deep bench of trial-tested litigators with extensive experience representing governmental entities, corporations, and healthcare providers in complex matters in both state and federal courts. The group also provides consulting, training, employee audits, investigations, and guidance to public officials and governmental entities.
Joining the firm as shareholders in the Charleston office are Drannon Adkins, Chris Ferro, John Fuller, Wendy Greve, Jordan Herrick, Jacob Layne, James Muldoon, Evan Olds, Lori Streets Muldoon, and Jennifer Tully. Each brings substantial experience in litigation, including civil rights defense, governmental liability, employment litigation, and complex tort matters.
Also joining the firm are Andrew Herrick and David Shuman, Jr. as Litigation Senior Counsel, and Benjamin Vanston as a Litigation Associate.

About the Incoming Attorneys
Drannon L. Adkins focuses his practice on defending state, county, and municipal entities and their employees in tort and civil rights litigation. He maintains an active practice in state and federal courts across West Virginia.
Chris Ferro brings a unique background in government and economic development to his litigation practice. He focuses on general defense litigation and has extensive experience navigating legal issues impacting government and private entities, as well as regional development initiatives.
John P. Fuller concentrates his practice on civil rights and governmental liability defense, representing law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and government agencies. He has significant trial experience in both state and federal courts, including cases involving use of force, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation.
Wendy E. Greve represents municipalities, government officials, and corporations in a wide range of litigation matters, including civil rights and employment claims. She also provides risk management, consulting, training, and investigative services to government agencies and law enforcement.
Andrew R. Herrick focuses his practice on litigation, representing clients in a variety of civil matters in West Virginia courts.
Jordan K. Herrick focuses on defending healthcare providers, particularly in correctional settings, in civil rights and medical malpractice litigation. He is also regularly called upon for risk management and pre-litigation strategy in complex healthcare-related matters.
Jacob D. Layne concentrates his practice on employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, workplace injury, and “deliberate intent” claims. He also defends state and local governmental entities in tort and civil rights matters.
Lori Streets Muldoon focuses her practice on mass tort and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos defense. She has decades of experience representing national and regional clients across multiple jurisdictions.
James A. Muldoon has extensive experience representing corporations and government entities in a wide range of litigation, including employment, environmental, toxic tort, and commercial disputes. He has served as lead counsel in numerous state and federal matters.
Evan Olds maintains a broad civil litigation practice, with experience in state/county/and local governmental liability, employment law, personal injury, premises liability, civil rights, contractor liability, and appellate matters.
