Lori Streets Muldoon concentrates her practice in toxic tort and mass tort litigation, representing clients in complex asbestos, environmental, and product liability matters throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. With decades of experience defending corporations, insured clients, and businesses in high-stakes litigation, Lori is known for her deep understanding of the jurisdictions in which she practices and her ability to guide clients through challenging and fast-moving litigation environments.

Lori has extensive experience handling toxic tort litigation unique to West Virginia’s mass tort system and has served as counsel for both large national corporations and regional businesses. Her practice also includes general insurance defense litigation and representation of businesses in toxic mold and other environmental exposure claims. She is highly regarded for her responsiveness, practical litigation guidance, and ability to anticipate the direction of complex cases, helping clients and carriers make informed strategic decisions throughout the litigation process.

Clients and insurance carriers value Lori’s diligence, communication, and accessibility. She is committed to keeping clients informed at every stage of litigation and is known for promptly responding to calls, emails, and reporting needs. Her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and carriers, combined with her practical understanding of litigation strategy and case management, has contributed to her longstanding success.

Before entering private practice, Lori worked in politics and public service on national political campaigns and for former Congressman Nick Rahall, including serving on his Washington, D.C. staff and assisting constituents throughout southern West Virginia.

Lori earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She also earned both her B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in History from Marshall University, where her graduate studies focused on Civil War Reconstruction.

In addition to her legal practice, Lori has been active in community and leadership organizations, including serving on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Dance Initiative (MADI) and as Chapter Advisor and Housing Board member for Alpha Xi Delta at Marshall University. She is married and the mother of two daughters.
