Kasey’s career spans experience as a law clerk for Judge Henry Van Eck of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as practicing in a central Pennsylvania litigation firm. He also contributed to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s monthly publication. His legal practice encompasses cases involving sales and use taxes, property taxes, realty transfer taxes, corporate formations, contract disputes, and general litigation. Kasey has been recognized Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2023. 

Kasey holds a Cum Laude J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.S. in Business and Sports Management from Juniata College. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association.
