Neil and his dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals have successfully handled over 1,000 withdrawal liability cases to collect close to $1 billion for his clients. Neil ultimately directs every major strategic decision across his nationwide ERISA litigation practice that focuses on:

Neil continuously handles litigation matters for the:

  • Headquartered in Kansas City, MO
• International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund
  • Headquartered in Hanover, MD
• Steelworkers Pension Trust
  • Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA

Within Pennsylvania and the surrounding states, Neil represents multi-employer trust funds sponsored by the Bricklayers, Iron Workers, Operating Engineers, Painters, Plumbers, and Steamfitters.

In Alaska, Neil proudly serves as litigation counsel for the Alaska Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry Combined Funds, as well as withdrawal liability counsel for their Pension Fund.

In addition to his ERISA practice, Neil serves as outside general counsel for various small to mid-sized businesses, as well as individuals.  Neil is well known for creating the best possible outcomes in some of the worst situations. 

While in law school, Neil interned for the Honorable Donald E. Ziegler in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and in the Legal Department of the UPMC Health System. Neil was also an in-house attorney at FedEx Ground.
