Taylor is passionate about solving complex legal puzzles, providing clients with peace of mind, and crafting innovative solutions. With a solid work ethic and an empathetic understanding of her clients' needs, Taylor stands out as a dedicated advocate for those she serves.
Taylor conducts in-depth legal research, prepares pleadings, and handles research assignments. She is known for her meticulous drafting skills and her ability to tackle intricate legal issues in commercial litigation cases. Taylor's attention to detail ensures that she never sends anything out unless it's perfect.
Taylor has successfully drafted a variety of pleadings and handled research assignments. She has also written a successful demand letter for a car wash with multiple locations, leading to the update of their MapQuest listing after multiple failed attempts by the client. Her experience includes handling smart meters for electric utility companies, successful motions in limine for a manufacturing company, and mechanics liens for construction litigation. Additionally, Taylor frequently collaborates with in-house counsel to streamline legal processes.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University. During her time at Duquesne, she made significant contributions as the Executive Articles Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. She was also a teaching assistant for property law and earned the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Property Law I. Taylor volunteers for Relay For Life, a significant initiative by the American Cancer Society, and shares her passion for dance by teaching children at a local dance studio. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
